The Reservations and Policies
Reservations at Lake Comedero Lodge require a 50%, non-refundable deposit per client
and should arrive at our office within five working days after your date has been reserved.
We will ho
ld your reservation on a temporary basis, awaiting your deposit.
If your deposit is not received, we
will cancel your reservation and reopen those dates for other bookings.
The remainder of your fee will be due and payable
sixty days prior to your arrival and all
monies paid are non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs
due to unforeseen reasons, the deposit may be applied to a
future trip during the current season.
Full payment must
be received in our office sixty days prior to your arrival. Please allow
for weekend and holiday mailings
Our lodging is limited, so to assure you the dates you desire, please book early.
We offer three options for booking your reservation;
Payments may be made payable to Lake Comedero Lodge and/or James Luebker, by personal
check or money order and mailed to our office address;
